Michelle’s Microwell Spheroid paper to be published in ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces

Thanks to the state-of-the-art facilities of the SA-ANFF located at the Ian Wark, a new design of concave microwell has been designed for the preparation of multicellular tumour spheroids. The manuscript “Advanced Micromachining of Concave Microwells for Long Term On-Chip Culture of Multicellular Tumour Spheroids” reporting this work will be published in ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces.

The manuscript reporting the Spheriwell concept designed to enable the long term culture of multicellular tumour spheroids and facilitate the design of on-chip screening assays will be published in Biomaterials, the premier journal in the Biomaterials community: Quasi-spherical microwells on superhydrophobic substrates for long term culture of multicellular spheroids and high throughput assays
